Everything looks fine on paper - and feels empty inside. You understand everything - and still don't move. You are tired of thinking the same thoughts in circles. If this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.

People usually come to me at times of crisis and transition: burnout, divorce, relocation, job loss, loss of meaning, hard decisions. These are the moments when life is changing - and you need a reliable second person next to you to untangle things and find new ground.

I don't hand out advice or checklists. I help you find the point where something actually shifts. I hold three lenses at once: Gestalt - contact and the body; psychoanalytic thinking - recurring life scripts; coaching - structure and concrete steps.

01The first session

The first session is an introduction. We look at what brings you, I explain how I work, and you decide whether to continue. No commitments beyond paying for one session. Before that, we can have a free 30-minute call - to meet and see whether we click.

Do I need to prepare for a session?
No. Come as you are - tired, confused, angry, without a clear request. Figuring out what is going on is already part of the work, and we do it together.
What if I don't know what my "request" is?
That's normal. «I want to figure things out» and «something is off, I don't know what» are the most common starting points. Clarity comes in the first sessions - it's not an entrance ticket.
How many sessions will I need?
It depends on the task. Short-term focused work - blocks of 5-10 sessions. An acute crisis - sometimes 10-20. Deep work with patterns and your way of living - from half a year to several years. We discuss it openly and review regularly.
Therapy or coaching - which one do I need?
Coaching is about goals and steps: where am I going and how do I get there. Therapy is about what keeps repeating and getting in the way: feelings, scripts, relationships. I am a certified coach and a Gestalt therapist, so we can work in the layer you need - and switch when it makes sense.
Does online therapy actually work?
Yes. Most of my practice is online and it works as well as in-person. You need a private space, stable internet and your camera on - I don't work without video.
What don't you work with?
I work with adults 18+. I don't work with children and teenagers, chemical addictions or severe psychiatric conditions - in those cases I can recommend a psychiatrist.
Is it confidential?
Yes. Two exceptions: supervision (discussing the work without names or identifying details - a professional standard) and a direct threat to life.
