When handling it alone got too expensive
Everything looks fine on paper - and feels empty inside. You understand everything - and still don't move. If this sounds familiar, you are in the right place.
People usually come to me at times of crisis and transition: burnout, divorce, relocation, job loss, loss of meaning, hard decisions. These are the moments when life is changing - and you need a reliable second person next to you, to untangle things and find new ground.
«Therapy begins when you can no longer live a life that isn't yours».
The first session is an introduction. We look at what brings you, I explain how I work, and you decide whether to continue. No commitments beyond paying for one session. Before that, we can have a free 30-minute intro call - to meet, ask questions and see whether we click.
In short - in three layers. We look at what is happening with you right now: in feelings, in the body, in contact. We notice the scripts that have been repeating for years. And when it is time to act, we add structure and concrete steps. Whatever you need now - that is what we work with.
Therapy is a dialogue. I don't hand out advice: my role is to be next to you, not to drag you behind me. Only then do your decisions become truly yours - and integrate as part of your life.
Full working agreements - cancellations, rescheduling, confidentiality, boundaries - are collected in one document: Working Rules (PDF). The essentials, in plain language: Working Principles.
Cry and laugh. Swear. Talk about sex, money and envy. Be angry - including at me. Be unsuccessful, confused and humanly vulnerable. Say the things you have never told anyone. Stay silent when there are no words yet. You don't have to be convenient here - you have to be real.
