Therapy in English, for people who carry a lot
I help adults get through a crisis or a major transition - and find new ground. I don't promise fast. I promise honest. In practice since 2014; before that - 17 years in international business, including 5 years living and working in Germany.
Burnout that doesn't look like burnout - everything is fine on paper, and empty inside. Relocation that was supposed to be an adventure and turned into losing your footing. A career that stopped making sense. Leadership loneliness: being the one everyone relies on, with no one to talk to. Relationships stretched across cultures and time zones.
I know this territory from both sides. I spent 17 years in international corporations - Abbott, BMW, Bosch - leading teams of up to 300 people across 30 countries, based in Moscow and then Frankfurt. I have been through relocation, divorce, burnout and an identity crisis myself - and worked through them in my own therapy, 12 years and over 1,000 hours of it. I don't need your world explained to me. I have lived in it.
Burnout and chronic stress
Loss of meaning, existential emptiness
Expat life: identity, adaptation, loneliness
Divorce, separation, recovery after a breakup
Career transitions: out of corporate, into your own thing
Leadership loneliness, the weight of responsibility
Relationship patterns that keep repeating
Men's experience: vulnerability, aggression, self-worth
My core method is Gestalt therapy - working with what happens in contact, here and now. A psychoanalytic lens (MSc in Psychology, HSE University) helps to see recurring life patterns. Coaching tools (Erickson International, ICF-accredited) come in when structure and concrete steps are needed. 2,500+ hours of professional training altogether. I ask direct, sometimes uncomfortable questions - and I can hold what comes up: shame, anger, fear, emptiness. More about the process: how therapy works.
Together with my colleague Irina, I run an English-speaking therapy group - «Work, People, Ambition» - about work that is never just work: ambition, recognition, competition, burnout and what we actually want.
Diplomas, certificates and the full list: credentials with scans.
I write about burnout, transitions and staying alive at work - no advice, no tidy wisdom at the end. English essays are collected in Articles; most of my writing lives in Russian on Telegram and LinkedIn.
