Therapy in English, for people who carry a lot

I help adults get through a crisis or a major transition - and find new ground. I don't promise fast. I promise honest. In practice since 2014; before that - 17 years in international business, including 5 years living and working in Germany.

01What brings people to me

Burnout that doesn't look like burnout - everything is fine on paper, and empty inside. Relocation that was supposed to be an adventure and turned into losing your footing. A career that stopped making sense. Leadership loneliness: being the one everyone relies on, with no one to talk to. Relationships stretched across cultures and time zones.

I know this territory from both sides. I spent 17 years in international corporations - Abbott, BMW, Bosch - leading teams of up to 300 people across 30 countries, based in Moscow and then Frankfurt. I have been through relocation, divorce, burnout and an identity crisis myself - and worked through them in my own therapy, 12 years and over 1,000 hours of it. I don't need your world explained to me. I have lived in it.

02What I work with
Burnout and chronic stress
You took the vacation. It didn't help. Everything still runs on the outside; inside it went quiet long ago. This is not laziness - the shape of your life got too small, like an old coat. We look for where exactly it pinches.
Loss of meaning, existential emptiness
Goals achieved, zero joy. At 3 a.m. the question "what is all this for" arrives - and silence answers. I don't hand out new meaning. I help you hear what you actually want.
Expat life: identity, adaptation, loneliness
Home stayed there, and you are here. The language is foreign, your status got reset, your friends live in a messenger. "Who am I now" is not a rhetorical question. I have lived through emigration myself and work with it constantly.
Divorce, separation, recovery after a breakup
Anger, guilt, relief, grief - all at once, and all of it feeling somehow "wrong". I know what it is to reassemble yourself. Not the old you. A different one.
Career transitions: out of corporate, into your own thing
Leaving is scary, staying is unbearable. The head keeps calculating risks; the body decided long ago. We look at what holds you: money, fear - or grief for the life you will have to let go of.
Leadership loneliness, the weight of responsibility
You can't complain to your team - you are their anchor. Upwards is where they evaluate you. One hour a week where you don't have to be strong. I spent 17 years in that role.
Relationship patterns that keep repeating
Partners change, the script stays the same. Closeness - escape. Resentment - silence. We look not at "him" or "her", but at how you build contact.
Men's experience: vulnerability, aggression, self-worth
Anger with nowhere to go. Weakness that must not show. Here you can be angry, cry and stay silent. For real. Without shame.
03How I work

My core method is Gestalt therapy - working with what happens in contact, here and now. A psychoanalytic lens (MSc in Psychology, HSE University) helps to see recurring life patterns. Coaching tools (Erickson International, ICF-accredited) come in when structure and concrete steps are needed. 2,500+ hours of professional training altogether. I ask direct, sometimes uncomfortable questions - and I can hold what comes up: shame, anger, fear, emptiness. More about the process: how therapy works.

I write about burnout, transitions and staying alive at work - no advice, no tidy wisdom at the end. English essays are collected in Articles; most of my writing lives in Russian on Telegram and LinkedIn.
